K&T Investments LLC ("K&T Investments") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with customers who have opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, your offer, appointment reminders and confirmations, transaction and closing updates, and related customer-service communications.

You consent to receive text messages from K&T Investments when you check the SMS consent box on our website form and submit your phone number, or when you otherwise provide your express written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit our website form again or reply START, and we will resume sending messages to you.
